SHIPPING TIME:

UK Postage - is 2nd Class Recorded Delivery if you require it to be delivered faster please select 1st Class or Special Delivery in the postage options.

USA Postage - NO TRACKING Number with Standard Airmail, if you require a tracking number please use the Tracked and signed option. ( I always obtain proof of postage)

Normal Standard airmail is approximately 7-10 Working days to the USA

Australia Postage - NO TRACKING Number with Standard Airmail, if you require a tracking number please use the Tracked and signed option. ( I always obtain proof of postage

Normal Standard airmail is approximately 10-14 Working Days to Australia

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I've Marked my order as a Gift

Please be aware that if you mark your item as a gift, by law I have to enclose a printed invoice WITH detailed costs if being shipped overseas for Customs. The parcel will also show the cost of the item on the box as a customs label must be displayed.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and upto date, if your parcel is returned to me due to the delivery address being incorrect then you will have to pay for the parcel to be redelivered.

Lost Parcel

If your parcel is lost in the post and you have not purchased a tracking number at the time of purchase then the parcel can not be declared lost until 25 working days have passed from the due deliver date. If after this time the Parcel has not arrived I can then put a claim into the Royal Mail for the loss this can take up to another 30 working days.
