Storybook Garden Collection: Four New Pieces, Months in the Making
A little while back, I sent out an email asking what you'd like to see more of from me. The answer was loud and clear: new products. So that's exactly what I've spent the last few months quietly working on — lots of trial and error, tiny hand-cut details, more wire than I can count, and more book pages than I could possibly tally up.
The result is the Storybook Garden Collection — four miniature potted "plants", each one hand-cut entirely from the pages of a real book, potted in a white ceramic pot with a bamboo drip tray. It's an ever-growing series, so this is just the first four — I'll be adding more over time.
The first batch of each is small, so if one catches your eye, I wouldn't wait too long. Buy 2 or more from the collection and the price drops to £40 each.
Toadstool Trio Pot
Three toadstools, hand-cut entirely from real book pages and finished with hand-cut felt spots, sitting on a bed of black paper "soil" for a proper fairy garden look.
Dandelion & Bee Pot
A whimsical dandelion with its fluffy head hand-cut entirely from real book pages, complete with a tiny bee — also made from book pages — perched on top.
Strawberry Plant Pot
Ripe strawberries hand-cut entirely from real book pages, with printed card leaves and flowers for a realistic, botanical finish.
Pumpkin Patch Pot
Three pumpkins in graduating sizes, hand-cut entirely from real book pages, finished with hand-curled wire tendrils and a paper leaf, complete with its own little "Pumpkin Patch" sign.
Why start a collection?
Every piece I make starts with a real, reclaimed book — no two are ever quite the same. These four have been the most involved pieces I've made yet, and I wanted somewhere they could all live together and grow over time, rather than sitting as one-off listings. Think of it as a little book-page garden you can build up piece by piece.
